Approved communication channels
The only domains, addresses and accounts we use. If a message comes from anywhere else, it is not us.
Impersonation is the most common attack in this industry. Cloned websites, fake support accounts and messages that look official are cheap to produce and convincing at a glance. This page exists so you can check.
We will never ask you for your password, a two-factor code or a recovery phrase. We will never ask you to move funds to a "safe" or "verification" address. We will never contact you first on a messaging app to discuss your account. If any of these happen, it is not us, and you should report it to security@nomospay.com.
Official website: nomospay.com and its subdomains, including app.nomospay.com for the application itself. Any other domain, including similar spellings and different extensions, is not operated by us.
Official email addresses end in @nomospay.com. We use hello@, sales@, support@, compliance@ and security@. Anything else claiming to be us is not.
Official social accounts are listed in the footer of this website. Treat any account not linked from this site as unverified, however convincing it looks.
If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, do not reply to it. Come to this site directly, sign in, or contact us using an address listed here.
