Why is the spread published rather than quoted on request?
Because a spread you cannot see before you sign up is the main way this industry makes money quietly. Publishing it means you can compare us properly, and it holds us to a number.
What is the risk band uplift?
Some industries take materially more work to onboard and monitor, and that work has a cost. Rather than hiding it in a wider spread for everyone, higher-risk accounts pay a higher account fee. You will be told your band before you are asked to pay anything.
Will pricing change?
If it does, you will be notified before it takes effect, with the notice period set out in the terms. Historic pricing does not change retroactively on transactions already settled.
Are there fees not on this page?
